Steak neptune dinner... we had waited now between 1 hour- 1 hour 20 minutes food was ice cold upon delivery!!!
1) had the meal come out hot and correct there would never be an issue
2) the order was wrong, a salad appeared on my husbands plate which we never ordered and there was supposed to be asparagus and tomatoes with the meals and there were none, it was nothing as desrcibed by the waitress.
3) the entire dinner was ice cold - end result sent it back!!
4) it comes back to us after 10-15 mins go by and it's colder than when we first sent it back
5) we send it back again, the waitress tells my husband he can eat the salad - so he does. She also mentioned she would be yelled at!!
6) instead of the waitress coming out with our food this older lady the cook/owner (late55 - 60ish) appears with our meals. She outright calls us liars and says the meals were hot the first time. We explained again they were cold as ice. She doesn't believe us and yells at us we better eat it now while it's hot!! She also questioned why we never sent back the salad?? We explained the waitress said to have it.
7) Before we can eat the meal I am ready to leave!! It's been too upseting to now try to eat. I was brought to tears and shook like a leaf very hard to eat under the circumstances.
8) This also was my first time at this place which I will NEVER RETURN!!! The owner never apologized for her rudeness or her actions!!
9) Since when can a business owner rudely scream at customers and be allowed to treat any patron this way???
10) Word to wise avoid this place at all cost!!! If you do insist on going in there.... what ever you do do not send your cold meal back as the cook/owner is rude, unprofessional and will take your head off.... Frankly she shouldn't be in the business!! Ifshe has to be in it NEVER leave your kitchen lady!!! You lack professionalizm and most certainly manners!!

The food came out ice cold and when we complained the cook who is also an owner came out the third time to deliver it herself ! Much to our surprise she called both my husband and I liars! We waited about an hour for our steak Neptune dinner to come out it was ice cold we sent it back... It came back colder than the first time we sent it back again so on the third time the heavy set cook an older lady in her late 50s appears with our meal and starts to yell at us!!!! Calling us liars that the food was hot the first time she sent it out!!! What ever happened to the customer being right and that someone should dare argue?? Well she did argue when questioned if she was the owner she claimed she was I have never in my whole life been so insulted!!! This was my first time ever to the pub and this is the way I am treated??? Well I personally would NOT recommend anyone to go there as if you complain about the food you might get your head very rudely chewed off by the cook who calls herself the owner! She needs to find something else to do with her time as I had it my way she should be shut right down!!

recently ate there on a friday night !!! what great specials i had steak and king crab for 16.95 and the steack was cooked to perfection !!!! loved it the waitresses were the best i have seen , busy little pub , definately going back for more

This is the best place to go for wings on wednesday, and get drunk. There aren't many girls there, but the ones that are there, are easy.

I believe that this pub has the potential of being a goldmine if not for the VERY unfriendly owners. One of the owners, a lady about 40 years old, has to be the most unwelcoming person I've ever encountered! Never a smile and extremely rude not only to the patrons but the staff as well. Too bad they wouldnt sell it to some people who actually like people. Theres never any music and if it's turned abit too loud, one of the owners comes out and unplugs the jukebox. HOW RUDE!!!! Pubs are supposed to be a fun place and this one feels like a cold restaurant with bitchy owners. Never again will we enter those doors...unless of course there is new management!
