Paliotti's Italian Restaurant

We just love it! Its our family restaurant, my daughters love it too. Yes is very busy but we dont mind waiting.

One server spilt balsamic vinager and oil on my brand new shirt
and its took them over an hour to to serve us our food, And the restaurant
was so disorganized that they miss placed an order which then took an additional
twenty minutes. Over all not worth the high priced meals....

Terrible service, takes 2 hours to get your meal, and if you dare ask where it is, the manager rolls her eyes at you and says it hasnt been that long.

I'm an Italian by nationality, I Know good Italian food when I taste it, I really hate restaurants that try to fake it, and Paliotti's is NOT one of them. These are real Italian recipes from real Italian people, with food prepared from the heart, Im too old to have my Italian mother cook for me and when I go to Paliottis its just like a taste of home. Its where I go when I get a craving for the food I grew up with and dearly miss. Trust me the food is the real authentic deal, its good and the people there are very nice. Its been one of my favorite places for over 15 years now.

The food is awesome,but get take out the resturant stinks from the old carpet.

Maple Ridge Paliottis is by far the BEST! restraint around. words cant even explain how good there food is.

Abbotsford Paliottis is just as good with there new brand new building.

Great food! Always fresh and hot. We tried many dishes and loved them all. The pizza is amazing. Service is good, food takes bit of time to get when they're busy but it's well worth the wait.

Paliotti's is the best Restaurant I have ever been to. Good food, good service good decorations. Paliottis is the best restaurant I have been to in years. Its one of the best restaurants in Maple Ridge. You can't have better. They are all fast and hard working waitresses and cooks. It's also very romantic and cozy. It feels as if im eating with a whole group of friends and family
So go to Paliottis where you can have the best food.

Have been three times and each time the food was good. However, on a special night, having booked for 10 people, they had no room to set the table up and had to ask other people to move. We then waited over an hour for the food and had to complain to management. Management said they would not charge the tax but the bill came with the tax so had to complain again about that. It is good food but very slow.

It's a favourite for most locals who don't have a need to complain. All of our friends go. A makeover of the restaurant would be nice and im sure it'll come one day. If you want excellent food go there. If you want casual and comfiortable go there. If you are a snob don't go. I was just looking online for a menu and couldn't help commenting as to help offset some of the bad reviews.

They need to update the look on their table settings, meaning, use real table cloth covers as supposed to those moldy plastic/vinyl table covers, change floors - the carpet looks like it's had its day. It looks dirty and gross.

Service has always been great!!! It is a very cozy romantic restaraunt one of the best in Maple Ridge. If you love pasta and italian food this is the place for you. Try the prawns in the cajun cream it is wonderful and not too spicy

The Service was very poor. The food was very slow in arriving and the staff didn't seem to care. When we voiced our disappointment we were told that to wait an hour or an hour and a half was normal.I've been to many good restaurants and that explanation is absurd to me.Although the food was very good as usual,I will not go back.We've been to this restaurant three times and this was the worst. The food was very good. The service was very poor.

I've been going there for years and even though I'm sure the chef's have changed over the years, the quality of the food and service hasn't. Feels just like dining with family and friends and I'm talking about the staff. They are the best.

Don't waste your time or money going here. Paliotti's use to be good but not anymore. Very dirty inside, T-Shirts for Sale in the corner, Very Poor SLOW Service, Cold Food. Go to Olive Garden instead that's worth the trip.

Paliotti's has excellent food, decor, and lots of the Italian feel including the music.
